Startup News Ticket Give Away Terms and Conditions of Entry
- There will be two (2) draws at 2pm Australian Western Standard Time on 19/03/2014 at Startup News, 45 St Georges Tce, Perth WA. The draw will be by random number generator from all eligible entries received. The first two entries drawn will be deemed the prize winners.
- Subscribers of Startup News as of 2pm WST 19/03/2014 who have commented on the Video+Social article in Startup News are placed in the draw. Applicants must be able to attend the event to be eligible to win.
- There will be two (2) prizes drawn.

- The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
- The competition is being run by Startup News, 45 St Georges Tce, Perth WA 6000 (“Startup News”).
- Staff employed by Startup News and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
- The prize winner(s) will be contacted at the time of the draw by telephone and or email and details will be included on the Startup News website, twitter and facebook page.
- If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within twenty four hours (24) hours of the draw, a re-draw will be conducted in the same location, and with the same method.
- The prize winner (s) will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize. Tickets will be available at the door for collection by the winners.
- By entering the competition the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years, or if under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize, including in the event the event is cancelled. The entrant agrees to only enter the contest and is only eligible to win, if they are able to attend the event.
