Beate specialises in helping startups plan and develop their online marketing. Beate spent years working as a project manager for corporations, and small companies. She was frustrated by how many online marketing opportunities large companies missed due to their rigid and limiting structure. She personally knows how hard it is to be a startup, and her struggle inspires her to help other startup businesses.
Beate mentioned a startup business is a blank page, where the online marketing, the website, and the social media can be setup with purpose. She said, “I like helping a startup business, even if they are in panic-mode about their marketing. I can help the startup formulate which products to promote. I teach them how to use tools, their website, and social media. I love to see them grow.”
Beate also enjoys the safety net that The Nest gives her. Mad Hat Media has hired and worked with our members: a lawyer, sales trainer, tax agent, bookkeeper, and copywriter. She finds her days each week at The Nest are inspiring, “Home is too boring. It’s lonely at home. I get different work done here than at home. I love the chatter.
