The Emergence conferences in Brisbane and Sydney are brought you by Wholesale Investor. Born a decade ago, the aim is to connect companies raising capital with a global and activated network of 21,500+ investors.
By 2018, they were holding over 40 events a year in 12 different cities in 6 countries, growing its network to 21,500 investors.
Their latest event – ‘Emergence 2019’ – will take place on the 25th and 26th February in Brisbane and on the 28th February and 1st March 2019 in Sydney.

The conferences aims to showcase up to 120 deals and investment opportunities, provide access to over 1500 investors, founders, directors, and CEOs, as well as education sessions for founders and investors, over 35 speakers and panels, all packed in to 4 days.
Speakers include the founder of Vocus Communication James Spenceley, founder of Transition Level Investments and ‘TV Shark’ Steve Baxter, founder and CEO of Everledger and Queensland Chief Entrepreneur Leanna Kemp, head of investments Leonie Hill Capital Wee Meng Thoo, Co-Founder and CEO of Ansarada Sam Riley, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Wholesale Investor Steve Torso, and Founder of Metro Bank, Atom Bank and Chairman of 86400 Anthony Thomson.
